About Pragma

Pragma is a documentation-engineering firm. We rebuild SSPs as OSCAL, continuously evaluate documentation against the codebase, and help SaaS vendors reach FedRAMP authorization faster. The work is engineering — testing, versioning, shipping documentation as code on every PR — applied to software whose docs sit on the critical path of a regulatory authorization.

Who owns Pragma

Pragma is owned and operated by Wentzel Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The Specshift engine packages carry an MIT licence and Specshift Cloud a proprietary source-available licence; the source is not yet publicly released.

How we staff

Senior engineers, not writers. Our view is that the problem usually isn’t prose — it’s whether a model can find what it needs in the docs, and drift. Those are engineering problems. Pragma engagements ship code that lives in your CI: methodology pins, drift suites, OSCAL components, signed builds.

Compliance posture

Pragma the firm is SOC 2 Type II aligned. CARL self-attestation runs on every PR — the badge in the footer reflects the current self-attested maturity. We do not claim FedRAMP authorization or 3PAO status; see the FedRAMP wedge page for the full wording-discipline statement.
